Exchanges & Returns

Returns and Exchanges are Free

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs, or merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. N.B. Next Day shipping charge will not be refunded. For cash sales, a mail check will be issued within 14 days of the return. For a gift, merchandise credit will be issued for the full value of the merchandise when accompanied by a gift receipt. Deposits on bespoke or special orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

International Returns:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns and exchanges. Customs and other taxes on international returns must be fully paid by the customer before the return authorization is granted.Return Instructions
  • To request a return, send your order number on our whatsapp number with order date, item name, MRP, and ur payment receipt 
  • You will receive emails to update you on the status of your return request
  • Once the request is accepted, we will send you the shipping label and packing slip.
  • Pack all item(s) in their original condition, in protective plastic or tissue paper.
  • Affix the shipping label to to the outside of a sturdy box that is free of markings, and please ensure to include the packing slip with your return or it may delay processing.

In case of dispute, the following terms are binding:

  • Madhav Gems & Jewellers does make any guarantees or warranties about the advantages or effectiveness of our products. All future results, or lack thereof, are personal in nature and are not part of the transaction as stipulated in the bill of sale.
  • In case of any dispute regarding the genuineness of the gemstone after its purchase from the company, the same will be tested by the company from its Government Approved and Accredited Laboratory (Like IGI, IGI-GTL) and the report of the said Laboratory in this regard shall be final and the customer shall not dispute this report and shall not insist on getting the Gemstone tested from any other Laboratory.
  • All disputes are subject to the Courts of Jaipur Jurisdiction only and any dispute arising out of the sale of any material/gem by the company in terms of Invoice, shall be referred for Arbitration under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 by an Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company, which shall not be objected to by the customer and the decision of the said Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the customer.

Important notes:

In the circumstance the item has been altered in any way or form, chipped/ nicked, damaged, set, scratched, has a different weight, the item will not be received for a full refund

  • Please note that Shipping Charges, TAX/VAT and Duties are not refundable
  • Return shipment is at the customers cost
  • In case the payment is made through a credit card, the payment processing charges (5%) charged by HDFC Bank Payment Gateway is non-refundable
  • For any payment through PayPal, no transaction fee is deducted
  • Any lab certificate that may have been custom ordered besides the free certificate supporting the item, shall not be refunded in the return payment
  • Refund will take 10 working days to process
  • Kindly be advised that gemstones set in jewelry are non-returnable
